Clark Public Utilities customers, up to two chargers per household
New ENERGY STAR internet-connected units only. You have two years from purchase to submit.

Washington Home Electrification Rebates (HEAR)
Washington households up to 150% of Area Median Income, renters included
No statewide online form: email HomeRebates@Commerce.wa.gov to be routed to your area's administrator. Not retroactive, approval must come before the work.

Washington homeowners installing a solar system between 1 kW and 100 kW
Claimed at point of sale, not a rebate. You give your installer an exemption certificate. Runs through Dec 31, 2029.
