Dominion Energy Virginia customers in a single-family home with panel capacity within 30 feet
Financing, not a rebate: you pay Dominion over five years instead of an installer up front, and it covers the charger, install, permits and a five-year warranty. A one-time $1,835.96 payment is also offered. The free income-qualified option is fully subscribed.
