PNM residential customers, up to two rebates per address
The installation allowance is unusually generous and covers the wiring work. Using a PNM authorized contractor gives an instant rebate. PNM publishes no separate panel-upgrade rebate.

New Mexico Solar Market Development Tax Credit
New Mexico taxpayers who own the property and install solar
Two steps: get an eligibility certificate from EMNRD first, allow 3 to 4 weeks, then claim on your state return. Refundable, so you get it even with no tax liability.
