The wiring incentive covers 100% of cost up to $600 on an existing home, or $400 on new construction. It funds the EV circuit, not a full service upgrade. Not every local utility takes part, so check yours first.

OPPD Residential Solar Rebate
OPPD customers in good standing using an approved OPPD solar trade ally
Your installer applies on your behalf BEFORE the work starts. One per address per year, and the budget is set annually, so confirm funds remain. OPPD has no EV charger rebate.
