    Consumers Energy PowerMIDrive

    $500 on a Level 2 charger install, up to $1,000 if income-qualified

    Consumers Energy residential customers installing a qualified Level 2 charger at their primary home

    Requires enrolling in the Nighttime Savers rate. First come, first served.

    Holland BPW Electrification Rebates

    $1,000 panel upgrade, $300 charger, $300 load management

    Holland Board of Public Works electric customers using a licensed electrician

    The panel rebate requires also adding a Level 2 charger or converting an appliance from gas to electric, plus one year on the EV time-of-use rate.

    Lansing BWL EV Rebates

    Up to $1,000 with a second meter, or up to $500 on off-peak savers

    Lansing Board of Water & Light electric customers installing a Level 2 charger

    The $500 option requires enrolling in the off-peak residential time-of-use rate. Chargers over 60 amps need BWL approval before installation.

    DTE Home EV Charger Rebate

    Rebate on charger and installation, income-qualified

    DTE residential customers under 200% of the federal poverty guidelines with an ENERGY STAR Level 2 charger

    DTE does not publish a fixed cap. Income is verified by tax transcript, and you must apply within six months of installation.

    Up to $4,000 for a panel upgrade, within an up-to-$14,000 total
