Reimbursement, so you pay first and claim after. The FY27 pot opened July 1, 2026 with $1.5M and was barely touched in mid-July, so funding is not the near-term constraint.

EVsmart Smart Charge Management
BGE, Pepco and Delmarva Power residential customers with an EV or Level 2 charger
$10 a month on Level 2, $5 on Level 1. All three utilities run the same program, so use your own provider's page. Stacks with their EV time-of-use rate.

SMECO member-customers with a Wi-Fi connected EV or Level 2 charger
You choose either managed charging or the off-peak rate, not both.
