  • Utility

    LG&E and KU Optimized EV Charging

    $25 to enroll, then $5 a month

    LG&E and KU customers only, with a qualifying EV or smart Level 2 charger

    A managed-charging payment, not a rebate on the charger. Kentucky Power and co-op customers are not eligible, and Kentucky's federal HEAR panel rebate has not launched yet.

    Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (IRA HEAR)

    Up to $4,000 for a panel upgrade, within an up-to-$14,000 total
