Illinois Shines (Adjustable Block)
Illinois homeowners installing up to 25 kW AC through an Approved Vendor
Rates are final for the year starting June 1, 2026, paid over 15 years of expected output. Illinois added the $20 owner adder specifically because the federal credit ended, so it only applies if you own the system outright and claim no federal credit. Blocks close once full.

ComEd EV Charger and Installation Rebate
ComEd customers installing a Level 2 charger through a ComEd-approved service provider
Covers the charger, labor, conduit and panel work, but requires three years on a time-variant rate. ComEd now publishes only a 2027 application window, so current-year funds may already be exhausted. Confirm with an approved installer before counting on it.
